The first step is to choose three unique company names.
Once documents are shared with RAK International Corporate Centre within 2 or 3 working days, shareholders must physically present at the offshore office and make the signatures on the MoA.
The next step, after the signing process is completed, the documents need to be submitted along with other supporting documents, such as the passport copies of the shareholders and directors.
After submitting the documents, the authorities will review the application. This process may take another 10 - 12 working days. Then Incorporation Certificate/Formation Certificate will be issued.
