Documents required to open an account with Orbis Exchange Group
The documents required for opening your account with Orbis Exchange Group include different for companies and individuals:
For companies:
- Certificate of incorporation or equivalent I.e., Trade License
- Shareholding register or equivalent
- Corporate proof of address (POA)
- Three months’ bank statements
- Proof of ID (POI) and POA for shareholders owning 25% or more of the company
For private individuals:
- Proof of ID (POI) E.g., passport or emirates ID
- Proof of Address (POA) E.g., utility bill
