Product Registration
The product which is new to the UAE market must be registered by the Dubai municipality or municipality of a certain emirate to make sure that the product meets consumer standards. Once the products are registered, they do not need to be registered again. The product can be registered by local manufactures or those who are importing from other countries.
The process of registering the products with Dubai or any other emirate is a similar procedure in all the emirates, including Dubai. Businesses must register their products with the same municipality where they obtained the trade license from. For example, if your trade license is from Sharjah Emirate you should register the products in that emirate, and you can trade your product all over the UAE after registering,
Another essential thing to note is if one brand has more than one product and these related products are in different quantities you should register those multiple times according to municipality requirements.
