Cyprus reformed its tax system from 1 January 2026. The corporate rate went up, but the Non-Dom regime — the main reason founders move here — stayed fully intact.
Set up your Cyprus company, move your tax residency and get your Non-Dom certificate — one complete package, delivered with our authorized Cyprus partner Tax.One. 15% corporate tax, 0% tax on dividends for Non-Doms, and a life inside the EU.

Cyprus’s IP Box can bring the effective tax rate on qualifying IP income down to around 3%.
Free movement makes relocating simple — our package includes your residence registration and Non-Dom certificate.
