Why Choose This

Why Brits Move With Us

0% income tax

Keep what you earn — no income tax on salaries or freelance income, and no capital gains tax. The maths against UK rates does the persuading.

The right visa route

Company owner, freelancer, employee, investor or family — we match the route to your real situation, not a one-size package.

UK documents, UAE-ready

UK degrees, marriage and birth certificates need attestation (FCDO → UAE embassy → MOFA) — our attestation desk runs it while your visa progresses.

Banking without pain

Personal and business accounts prepared correctly the first time — the step that frustrates most new arrivals.

Family planned in

Spouse and children’s visas, school-enrolment documents, health insurance — the family lands with you, not months later.

One WhatsApp thread

From first question to keys-in-hand: one team, fixed prices, no surprises.

Relocating to Dubai — Without the Overwhelm

We understand that relocating to a new country can be an overwhelming experience — our team ensures your process while moving to Dubai remains hassle-free and easier. For UK movers the attraction is simple: 0% income tax, year-round sunshine, safety, and a global business hub three time zones east — but the move itself has real moving parts: the visa, the company or job, the documents, the bank, the home, the family. We run them as one coordinated plan.

Step One: Your Visa Route

Everything hangs off the visa. Running or starting a business? A free zone company with residency (from AED 19,999) is the classic route. Consultant or freelancer? The freelance visa (from AED 15,000, installments available). Employed by a UAE company? The employment visa runs through your employer. Property buyer or high earner? Check the 10-year Golden Visa — AED 2M property or AED 30,000+ salary with a degree qualifies. Not sure? The Visa Finder maps it in four questions.

The UK-Specific Details

Your UK documents need the attestation chain before the UAE accepts them: FCDO legalisation in the UK, UAE Embassy in London, then MOFA in the UAE — degrees for employment visas, marriage and birth certificates for family visas. Our attestation service runs the whole chain with courier pickup, so it progresses while everything else moves. We also guide the practical landing: bank accounts, health insurance (mandatory), driving licence conversion (UK licences convert easily), housing areas and schools.

The Money Question

Run your own numbers: the Tax Savings Calculator compares your UK tax bill against Dubai’s 0%, and the Cost of Living Calculator prices your Dubai lifestyle honestly — rent, schools, cars, the lot. Most UK families find the tax saving covers the living costs with room to spare; the calculators show whether that’s true for yours.

FAQ

UK-to-Dubai Questions, Answered

Do I really pay no income tax in Dubai?
Personal income tax is 0% in the UAE — no tax on salaries or freelance income and no capital gains tax. UK tax residency rules still matter in your exit year, so plan the timing properly.
Can I use my UK driving licence?
UK licence holders can convert to a UAE licence easily once resident — no re-test required. Until then, you can drive on your UK licence as a tourist with rental cars.
What UK documents need attestation?
Typically your degree (for employment visas), marriage certificate (spouse visa) and children's birth certificates (family visas) — legalised via FCDO, the UAE Embassy in London, then MOFA. We run the full chain.
Should I set up a company or get a job first?
It depends on your income model: UK clients you keep → free zone company or freelance visa; UAE employer → employment visa. The free consultation settles it in 20 minutes.
Can my family come immediately?
Yes — once your residency is stamped and salary/accommodation criteria are met, we file the family's visas immediately; typically they follow within 2-4 weeks.
